Richard is one of the founding Partners of Halls (Worcester) LLP and provides commercial agency advice to clients in Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands. He has been operating in the Worcester market for over 15 years and has been involved in some of the City’s highest profile commercial developments. Richard played professional rugby for Worcester Rugby Club (now Worcester Warriors) in the late ‘90’s and remains a keen follower of the game today.

Jason has lived and worked in Worcester all of his life and is one of the most experienced commercial Chartered Surveyors in the local market. Having started with DTZ, Jason was part of a team which set up the Worcester office of Humberts in the mid ‘90’s and subsequently was a founding Partner of Halls (Worcester) LLP in 2008. Jason specializes in valuations, rent reviews, rating appeals, lease consultancy and property management. He is a valuation panel member of a number of the leading banks and is a prominent member of the Worcester Ambassadors.

Having started his surveying career with Nelson Bakewell and then Colliers CRE in London, Dan moved to Donaldsons in Birmingham before returning to his home county of Worcestershire in 2007 when he joined Humberts. Since then Dan has run the Property Management Department and currently has in the region of £60million worth of assets under management. Dan also provides professional advice to clients in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals and rating. He was promoted to Partner in June 2010.

Rob is the most recent addition to the Halls team having started in 2010. He previously spent 5 years working for Savills in London in their National Industrial and Distribution department carrying out agency and professional work on behalf of funds, developers, private landlords and occupiers. Rob is now a Partner of Halls and specializes in agency and professional work as well as providing strategic development advice for both commercial and residential development opportunities

Charlotte has been operating in the Worcester commercial property market for 10 years. Having gained a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Central England, Charlotte spent the early years of her career working for Andrew Grant. In 2008 she joined Humberts which re-branded to Halls in the same year. She now specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial property assets throughout Worcestershire and provides a specialist ‘Search and Acquisition’ service for commercial property occupiers.
