We offer two residential lettings and management packages to suit the needs of landlords:
Management package
- We find a suitable tenant & oversee the move-in process
- Collection of the first month’s rent and security deposit
- Register deposit with approved government deposit scheme
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Inventories and records of the state and condition
- Hand-over pack for both landlord and tenant.
- Collection of rent and other charges due during tenancy
- Property inspections
- Co-ordination of maintenance and emergency work.
- Attend to tenancy reviews and review of rent as appropriate
- Advise landlords of latest regulations regarding residential lettings
Lettings only package
